Grappling involves tie ups, set ups, takedowns & throws, ground positioning, joint locks on the ankles knees hips spine neck shoulders elbows wrists, sleeper holds, and pressure points. Much like Chess with the human body, only three dimensional and at high speed!

The point of grappling is to use maximal skill and minimal strength. Bench Pressing and big biceps just won't cut it, your brain is your strongest muscle.

Striking is implemented into our training to fit MMA or self defense. Striking is primarily influenced by Muay Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, and Savate.

Submission Grappling can find it's roots in history thousands and thousands of years. Modern Submission Grappling comes from a base of Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling, Sambo, Greco Roman, Freestyle, & Folkstyle wrestling, and Judo & Jiujitsu.
